I don't see how this upper could fail FATD, because it basically functions the same as other approved rifle uppers. For that reason, I'm in for a waiver on M11 and M11A1. However, with how far along you are with the M10 model, I suspect that's the only one you are accepting waivers for.

You are correct, function is almost identical to currently approved designs.

I'm "accepting waivers" on all three models, but m10s would be the first to go out the door if theres enough interest, followed by m11/9 and m11/m11a1.

I have a bunch of aluminum bar stock ordered, it should be in my hands this week.
From there is just a matter of keeping the spindles turning.

Emailed this, but in addition to being on the list for a m10 with 7.62x39 setup, I need 5.56mm for the m11a1. Waiver for both. Party!
