Thanks for the comments guys. I think the more you read, the more fun stuff you'll find. For example, the story of the Ruger MP9 is fascinating, even though most people will never own one. The long struggle to get the engineering right on it, and the marketing failure to get the gun going. It's a crazy story. I spoke with James Sullivan directly and it was so interesting to hear about the frustrations he had with Bill Ruger over this gun. It's too bad because the MP9 is a fantastic gun. I had a chance to shoot one at the Ruger factory as part of my research.
