Threaded Bbl for Micro Uzi SMG?

Does anyone know where I can get a threaded barrel for my Post-86 IMI Micro Uzi SMG? I'd like to get a threaded barrel and some sort of barrel extension for it to make it a bit more comfortable to shoot full auto. Suggestions?
