As the title states, who is the main U.S. manufacturer of Uzi striker/firing pin assemblies?

Maybe get a hold of the folks at McKay and get details from them. I have a few of their receivers/parts and any time I had problems they were good people to call up and discuss the issue with. Can't hurt to ask when the next batch will be run.

I emailed them, I'll let you know what they have to say. They haven't had firing pin/striker assemblies for months.

So far nothing, typical of building an uzi. No one knows anything. Just sit and wait a few months.

Mr. Positivity strikes again. Lol. I’m sure they’ll be in stock soon being such a high volume part.

The Uzi platform just isn't supported well like other firearms. Not enough interest to keep suppliers/manufactures busy making parts to help support it. I don't blame them, the interest just isn't there to keep a large inventory of parts available.

Yep, pretty much this. Just wait around a bit and they will make stuff in small batches when they can. As stated not enough interest to keep production running constant.

I started my Uzi build in February when I noticed a good selection of parts were available compared to years ago when everyone had everything but a semi-auto bolt and striker assembly. I'm spoiled I guess during this time of gun parts and ammo availability and prices. The AR platform is heavily supported by many vendors and parts are cheap. The reason I give building an Uzi a hard time here is because well, its not supported well and wish someone would carry that torch and go into debt for the rest of us making tons of available striker assemblies, lol.

I really wish IWI would pick up their own torch and build new retro Uzis, Minis, and Micros and full line of parts.

Practical Solutions has made a small batch to test demand. They are currently in stock on their web site. A little pricey but no one else whatsoever has any of them anywhere.

I checked out their website, they only sell the striker assembly along with a bolt for $599. I'm not desperate, I'll wait.

Just bought the striker assembly separate! My Uzi will be complete!
