I am in the process of converting a qd fixed polymer stock to fixed and have an L bracket to utilize but I seem to have an issue with the hole size regarding the rear stock nut…what stock could this be used for…as the bracket does not have a bushing installed nor does it have countersunk screw holes…

Unsure of that particular bracket, but (MY OPINION ONLY) if you are converting to Fixed stock that looks to be a good start.
It does not have the quick disconnect lever and features, (good).
The threaded holes are what you need, because you would bolt from the bottom up into that bracket. I had to tap my thin metal from the countersunk area to get what you have. The pic below shows the most popular configuration, you can see that once the bracket is in place you have no way to go from the top down. The circled items are splined nuts inserted in the wood.
The large hole on the QD bracket is a male pin that goes into the back of the gun. In your case you can use the standard tombstone shaped nut inside your gun, it will stick out about 1/8 which will go into that hole you have. Then keep it together with a washer and 1/4 -20 allen or button head allen bolt. your only job then will be to dimple (drill) your stock to clear the bolt and washer.
Is your gun a rifle? or Pistol? or did it start as a receiver?
Wood stock people do this https://blog.roninsgrips.com/uzi-part-3-7-preparing-uzis-wood-stock/
There are pics of making clearance for your bolt in the link
Also you don't have to do the part about shortening the tombstone shaped nut since your bracket is already suited.

I believe I understand what you are describing…the hole on this bracket is very large. I dont believe there is room for a washer to capture the stock bolt to secure the L bracket…the tombstone nut would slide freely and not be secured. Maybe cut into the bottom lip of the L bracket to make room for a washer?

If you read that link or https://www.ar15.com/forums/armory/..._a_non_SBR_Uzi_Carbine__pic_heavy_/48-452501/
You need to make a hollow area for the head of a bolt and your washer in the poly stock you have.
The nut from the gun into the bracket is the reverse of the original male dowel in the bracket on a QR, that part is great but you need something to keep the stock from falling off (which is what the lever used to do).
The bolts will hold the stock to the bracket but do nothing to keep the assembly from falling off the gun. hence the bolt you need.
Apex has bracket parts but yours is great and the QR bracket is hard to work on and convert. Just get a button head allen screw and a washer bigger than the hole.

I was able to assemble the fixed stock tonight and ended up not having to alter the tombstone nut…I had to open the L bracket hole and made a washer to capture the nut. I had to add an extra washer to obtain correct spacing. Stock is solid with zero play.
