I'm not the worlds foremost expert on Uzi's, but mostly.
The grip assembly for the mini and the full sized Uzi are a direct swap, and are generally identical (with open bolt and closed bolt variants) The sear itself is the only real difference (between open and closed bolt).
The grip assembly for the micro and the pro mostly have the same internals as the full sized/mini grip assembly, with some differences that are mostly in the housing and the way it attaches to the receiver. No, the Micro/Pro grip housings do not fit mini or full sized Uzi's, and so far as I know, cannot be made to.
Micro and pro grip housings are not directly interchangeable with each other, but a micro grip housing can be modded to fit an uzi pro receiver.
The internals of a micro/pro grip assembly are generally the same as a closed bolt full sized Uzi/mini Uzi.
