Just curious if anyone knows the uzi model a front sight thread pitch?

I know the model b's use #8-36 (AR front sight threads) but I wasn't sure about the model A's.

I think they're a larger/different thread but was curious if anyone here may know off the top of their heads.

Thanks.

Thanks for the info.

I was thinking the model A threads were a lot smaller than that.

Reason I was wondering, I'm considering making a F1 suppressor for an old High Standard HDM and I remembered how the model A front sight adjusted for windage, but 8mm would be way too big of a hole.

So, I guess I need to go back to the drawing board. I suppose I could probably file a standard AR front post down to the same rough shape as the uzi front.

It may would be easier just to use a brass shotgun bead.

I'm at the beginning stages, but it is a project that I've had my eyes on a while.

Thanks for the help.
