Probably. Contacting Action Arms might be a place to start. http://actionarmsonline.com/contact/
The pistols were made from 1984 'til 1993. Finding out roughly how many were made per year could pin it down too.

Possibly check RoverDave's book

THE UZI EXAMINED.
Don't remeber off hand if he wnt into to detail on the AA pistols as to serial #'s but there is a lot of info on the AA pistol.
I do remeber that the triggerguard was a possible way to date them. I don't remember if it was here on UT I read that or in the book or much else about it accept the angled one is correct and more desirable.

No and as far as I know not original to the pistol or needed.
The benefits to the slanted porting is for full auto fire.

No and as far as I know not original to the pistol or needed.

The angled grip is the 2nd revised or later pistol like mine and even though not the 1st ones imported ( they all had standard trigger guards)
The angled grips seem to be accepted as the more desirable version.
I seem to remember my gun being a 91 or 92 import by the serial # but could be wrong.

That's really all I know about these things without rereading the UZI book.
Again I can't suggest the book enough so much so I have two copies.
There is a link @the top of the UZI forum for it.
I'd suggest grabbing a copy since it is now in it's 2nd printing and I have no idea if RD has plans for a 3rd run.
One thing I can tell you is once out of print it will command a price like all the other gun books OOP. Some OOP gun books command prices that approch or exceed the price of a gun!
