Highly recommend the CT9KS - http://www.uzitalk.com/forums/showthread.php?92307-Curtis-Tactical-s-new-CT9KS-coaxial-suppressor&highlight=ct9ks

Fully serviceable and NO aluminum so harsh chemicals and an ultrasonic are not an issue.

GSL Jericho is the way to go. It's the remake of the best UZI suppressor made, the Gemtech Mossad II.

That's an AWC Agenda Six subgun size silencer with a thread adapter to fit on a 1/2-28 threaded 8 5/8 in. long Uzi bbl. The silencer is threaded 5/8-11 as it was part of an M11-380 package purchase so the adapter is needed, but adds to the overall length. A similar silencer with 1/2-28 threads would, of course, have a shorter package length. In any case, with subsonic 9mm ammo, the size of the silencer gives a rather quiet shooting experience. And with the Bowers silastic cover, there's a handy place to hold as well as give a 'two-stage' look.

Best of luck.
MHO, YMMV, etc. Be well.

Note that with the GSL Jericho and Gemtech Mossad:
1. They are made out of aluminum so no harsh chemicals to clean them.
2. Are sealed and not meant to be serviced
3. Designed to be used with unmodified UZI barrels which makes them long.

Back in the day, Dr Dater of Gemtech did a lot of custom work for UZI people. He would cut down your barrel or tell you how much to cut (basically about a 1/2" in front of the barrel flange) for support of their custom UZI mount for the MK9K. Which is what I have pictured above with my Curtis Tactical CT9KS.
I've fired the MK9K w/ this custom mount side by side a Gemtech Mossad along with several friends and we all thought the MK9K was quieter. Along with being a much shorter package and also being partially serviceable.
While today, the CT9KS is fully serviceable and no aluminum. So it addresses all of my concerns.

For .45ACP, I reached out to Dater back in the day and had him take a Gemtech .45 ACP 'UMP' can and instead of using the HK UMP 'flange' mount, I had him fit the Gemtech UZI barrel nut mount but also configured to use a chopped down barrel for the most compact length.

It was also aluminum and not serviceable and I ended up filling it up with crud also. I had mine re-cored by Curtis Tactical as well. with shielded 17-4 stainless steel baffles below.
You can see with this design no fouling ever contacts the inside of the tube. The baffles are all threaded together and pushed out as one unit. Then just dump the baffles in an ultrasonic with no concerns of harming them....which BTW is just like the CT9KS in terms of materials and serviceability.

Off topic:
Doc Dater gave me all the specs to integrally suppressor my Ruger MK2 back in the late 80's.
I really loved talking to him. Wanted to just keep him on the phone and pick his brain, but I knew time was money.
He also filled my titanium Form1 MK9K tube. He could have told me no but didn't!!
Great guy!!

I use a shortened 9mm barrel w/3-lug tip installed and a Gemtech MK-9K. Works great!

I use the same setup as MG34 Dan. Great setup.
Dr. Dater sold me a Bixler 3 lug rear end cap for it, as I prefer it over the snap on.

Just wish someone made a dedicated MK9K rear end cap to fit the Micro. :)

Could you recommend anyone that is currently capable of replicating that mount setup for a mk9k/Phoenix. I've got a Phoenix and that's EXACTLY what I've been wanting to do.

Is the AWC dedicated and replacing the Micro barrel nut???????
Looks close to the upper receiver!! Nice.

Correct, the awc replaces the uzi barrel nut.
There are bunch of other similar cans with uzi barrel nut adapters
Eg Gemtech Multimount, bowers CAC9/45, …
Last few years, I’ve just tried to go 3-lug on everything when possible

Dater is still around and last I've seen still doing custom work with his personal FFL/SOT.

My old Micro w/ custom barrel nut mount:

Dater wouldn't make me one and I got one done by using an IMI barrel nut and welding to a custom end cap.

That can also sheared apart on me at the ports and flew down range after a short burst.

Dater told me that I exceeded the cyclic rate that the MK9K was designed for and I asked where that is documented and he said it wasn't. In the end, he did end up taking care of me.

However, that is why the MK9K in the middle below has a beefed up area around the ports:
MK9K-vs-CurtisTacticalCustom.jpg

I think others may have had the same issue as the later MK9K's incorporated a beefed up area.

Again the inner and outer tube are Aluminum on the MK9K's and the new GSL Phoenex....while the Curtis Tactical is 17-4 stainless steel.

Regarding 3 lugs, I'm always torn when it comes to the UZI. I really like the custom barrel nut mounts that use a shortened barrel for the most compact setup and will be more compact than a 3 lug setup...and I think the best looking....but then you have to remember, where did I put that barrel nut when you want to go back to unsuppressed....
1st world problems....

I've also got a barrel nut mount AWC MK9 in 45cal to use with the 45acp, 41AE and 40S&W conversion kits. It's quite a bit bigger than the Mossad but very quiet.

Don't get me wrong, CT makes great cans, I just don't like 3 lug or threaded on an UZI (and I much prefer the spring loaded 3 lug mount to the Bixler mount but I digress). I had Joe (at CT) make me a barrel nut mount can for my Steyr MPi so I would assume he would make a barrel nut mount can for the UZI as well if you requested it.

He can thread it so you can use a spring loaded 3 lug mount if you prefer....as seen in my pic below, I'm using an old MK9K spring loaded mount on my CT9KS but I've seen some have theirs threaded to use off the shelf spring loaded 3 lug mounts.
