Value of Galil Ace

What is the fair market value of a mint condition Galil Ace in 762x39? A friend is trying to sell one that has been well kept and shot little. I know very little about Galils and not real interested but if it is a deal I might have to reconsider.

He is asking $1900 and it comes with a Vortex RMR optic and AGL trigger installed. From what little research I have done it appears to be a reasonable price if that is what you are looking for, but it is not the kind of deal that I think I want to jump on.

Are you going to be happy with the optic setup to pay the premium on the gun? You could do better on the price IMHO. Personally I would opt for the 16556 as my first ACE having both the 1651 & 16556 rifles myself.

But with the 7.62 x39 you can do this
