Would would the value of an M10, 9mm openbolt Stephenville, TX be? Gun appears original but has quite a bit of wear. Two mags and nothing else. Thanks

I’m assuming you mean a transferable smg? There’s no such thing to my knowledge of a legal semi OB TX Mac. They seem to take a price hit over the actual M.A.C. or RPB variants. My best guess is somewhere between $5.5k and 6.5k for a trans. smg.

I've not noticed much of a price hit on any transferable.

The Texas mac that I got (finished by SWD) is even said to be more desirable due to the proper tig welding.

Sorry, I was referring to a semi-auto. I didn’t know if Stephenville TX semi-auto open bolt M10’s in 9mm were produced.

No such thing as a legal, open bolt semi TX MAC.....

Same value as a parts kit minus the lower (receiver)

Good call. Shooting an open bolt semi is not known to be a pleasant experience, so I don't think it takes a very active imagination to suppose how one ends up with a lot of wear.
