Here are some videos of my Versa-10 9mm and .45 ACP uppers in action from a few days ago. I think I have just about all the Lage uppers, and these two are by far my favorites. Thanks, Mr. Lage!!!

By my calculations, the rate of fire for the 9mm is in the mid-500s, and the .45 is in the mid-400s. IMHO, GOLDILOCKS...not too slow, not too fast, just right!

I shot a little over 800 rounds total. The 9mm ammo was mixed, but all the .45 was Winchester 230gr target. It was a super fun day!!

I just wish all you m10 guys would get all your uppers so they can move on to the lowly m11a1 versions
same, i think Jackie is gonna get tired of me checking in every couple months or so asking for an update on the versa12.

Took my versa 10-9mm out today just to try it with the ETS glock mags. I had seen on here where folks were having them fall out of their uppers. Mine all ran flawlessy and I tried to pull the mags out of the upper without using the mag release and they would not fall out.
That made me wonder if the guys having the ETS mags drop out maybe had quite a bit of use on them and had perhaps worn down the catch slot in the magazine?
In any case mine all ran very well

I finally was able to take mine out recently. Works great overall, I had overall success with ETS mags and factory Glock 18 mags, just a jam here or there. Suomi drums worked flawlessly. Love the cyclic rate.

Congrats Mr. Greg! Be sure to mark your mags if you are getting rando 'jams.' Were they failures to feed or ejection issues? Mine (Versa 11) is flawless and yours should be similar.

For those with the Versa-10 (or other Versas)--is the handguard just polymer, or is it reinforced? Particularly, is it strong enough to support a bipod?

Reinforced in key areas, but I don’t know that the actual foreign itself has reinforcement. That means said it’s plenty strong to mount a bipod for light use. That being sad, why are you shooting a Subgun from a bipod?

Also, remember, you’re dealing with a manufacturer with an unparalleled track history of customer service. If you run into a problem, you will not be on your own!

It's a strong part but I wouldn't stand on one. They look like they are 3D printed but with a superior material, not what you would use to print a pencil holder. My guess is Nylon with carbon reinforcement. There are no metal insert or the like. And as Jmacken says, it's a Lage part. Even if you have to pay for it you are going to get great service.

I say go ahead with the bipod. I have a bipod option for my Sten and I like shooting it that way sometimes. It's just something different. If you have the Soumi drum adaptor you have 70 rounds so it's like a mini beltfed.

Thanks, guys. My thought process is to use the Glock magazine well for most things, but the Suomi adapter with the bipod to make a kind of mini-LMG. Agreed that Lage is the best!

I didn't know Versa 11s are shipping. When did you get yours? I'm # 45 and anxiously awaiting mine

Wow that very low rate of fire and the added recoil from the .45 over the 9 really looks like it's a lot of fun. Like a poor man's grease gun (although nothing poor about today's prices)

I just got my email that my VERSA 11 is ready. Bought it with different magwell uppers.
