I don't have one on my Vector... yet! They are decent quality... but do add to the overall bulk of the weapon. On a positive note, they force you to tuck your elbows in toward your torso, enabling better control & accuracy. Now............ if Vector would incorporate a laser/battery-pack with push button control, similar to a Wilcox Powergrip... I might just have to get one. Of course, it would have to clear up to a 2" diameter suppressor (hint... hint!)

The quality is good. I've had it on the gun for over a year and love it. It is rather large but it's never been an issue for me. I'd buy it again.

I wish I could afford one right now. I bought my MACs right before the AW ban and bought all the accessories available. One of those accessories was a "K-Grip" that screwed on to the barrel. Since I have a MAC threaded barrel for my UZI, I tried it out on the UZI too. It helps a fair bit, but is a little too far forward for my liking. I think the UZI vertical grip would work much better. If I had the money, I'd buy one. Of course when I have $$$$ to spare, I buy everything UZI. Karl.

I have a Vector K grip on my UZI, and love it as well. Controllability is good.

I have the Vector K grip as well, I'm not sure if I really like it or not. To me the gun looks better without it and is more compact and easier to handle.

K-GRIP

Well, I have approx. another 2 months to make up my mind whether I like it or not. :)

Patience is a virtue right?

Lots of time to find deals on accessories. ;)

I bought it just for more controllability during SMG matches

I'm new to match shooting and used the K-grip in my first match, and didnt like the way it felt on barracades, I'll try it without the next match. I have not really noticed a conrolability issue with or with out the K-grip. Like I said I'm still undecided.

I tried using mine in competition once and decided against it. Mine wasn't the Vector "K" grip though. Mine is the Cobray screw on K-grip. It sits farther forward on the gun. Karl.

Am using the GG&G base, as previously mentioned, with either the Knight grip or the GG&G grip.

Both which are quick detach and as used on M16's.

Seems to work well, gives flexability and does allow other "Widgets" to be used on the base if desired.

IMHO

Love it!

I use the Knights on my M4, and growing up from an M-16A1 world, I thought the vertical grip was a vast improvement in controlability in non-prone situations. With my UZI, I had to do the same and got the Vector. That with my shortened barrel get's me out of ever having to use it with a bayonet, but that's it. Vertical grip is best for CQB, not snipping.

IMHO,

Brian

I thought the Vector grip too bulky. It would be cool if it stored a mag.

My vertical grip and bayonet adapter came from Botach. ttl about $75
