I can't wait for this to happen, however be prepared for a long wait. I signed up on December 10th for the Versa 11 and at the time there was talk of shipping in a week or two.

After checking the email every day for over three weeks hoping for my number to come up, I asked Jackie if I missed the email somehow. She said I am #89 on the list and wait time is expected to be 3 months. None have been shipped yet.

Now that you know, don't bother them asking when yours will come. Let them stay focused on making them. It's not like we aren't used to waiting for NFA stuff.

Oh. I was literally about to ask if anyone knew the wait times and this just popped my excitement balloon. This is kind of like the old NFA game. Forget about it until it happens.

And to clarify, when I said I ordered, meant that I emailed Jackie to get added to the list, have been confirmed as on the list, I didn't ask what number I was, figure it will be a nice surprise...my birthday is in another month or so...and my new MagPump* arrives later today...time to start loading all of my G17 33-rounders up!! And time to buy some more too! LOL!!

No Versas have been sold unless a beta tester sold his test gun. I'm sure UT will know first when Richard starts selling his first batch of Versas.

We finished selling the first batch of 16 VERSA-11’s last week. We are waiting to get parts back from black oxide for the next batch of 23 VERSA-11 and 7 VERSA-12. We should start selling those this week. Then we have another batch of 20 VERSA-11 that need the barrels finished. And another 20 in the process of being machined.

I am pretty sure of couple of members here have received theirs.

We have one customer from the first batch that already has 5,000 rounds through his VERSA-11. He wanted to make sure everyone knew how great the ergonomics are, how light it is, smoothness when firing and how controllable it is!

We will be starting a batch of VERSA-10 in a week or so. The first 20 should be ready for sale in about a month.

I would be excited if I knew where I was on the list. No idea if I am in the first twenty or 200 down the line.

The way Richard did numbers on the previous uppers was a little confusing. People were given numbers that changed as batches were completed. Contacting people and seeing if they want to buy was probably a pain to maintain.

Maybe customers should get a number that never changes and put a number counter on the products website links. I'm sure the Lageses are doing what's easiest for them.

I'm just thankful that a "First Contact" list was started and maintained. I'm looking forward to the new kind of upper.
