Bolts and any parts that have a limited life like extractors. Definitely a need for a reliable supplier, I know that I'll be stocking up on spares.

I would like to have an aftermarket barrel, bolt assy, sear, and recoil spring, that way I could use them in place of the originals.

BTW if you do make short barrels you will also need short barrel shrouds for them.

Not necessarily. SW made a version with only a ring to hold the barrel locked on. Kinda cool... Like a mini grease gun barrel assembly. That said, we really do need the angled extractor bolt assembly for these guns. May as well add in a bit wider extractor when you do it. If you don't do it, I will, but strictly for myself. They really aren't all that involved.

Im using one of his m45 training barrels and it works fine

Yeah, I think his sten bbls were fine, too. The S&W76 bbls had problems with excessive recoil impulse.

Well, here's what my 760 training barrel looks like when cut in half. One inch after all that damage and the rest of the barrel was fine. That angle worked great and produced just a tad slower ROF and perfect brass... and a bit less recoil than normal. Obviously the chamber end is on the left and muzzle to the right for those HK types...

So here's a question- other than the bolt diameter, is there any reason a Burgess 76 can't use the standard 76 bolt? I know the extractor is in a different location, but is it just the sleeves that are needed? Is there something with the barrel or ejection port that's different?

The bolt is sleeved with two rings to make up for the larger diameter of the Stemple tube.

I am just finishing up the prototype of a magazine conversion for the MK760. This conversion is a Swedish K style magazine well. It will let you run MK760 magazines, Swedish K/Suomi magazines, Coffin magazines, and the Suomi drums in your MK760. As well as being ably to run all these magazines it also greatly increases the guns reliability.

Custom parts will include an AR15 pistol grip adapter and a Mini Uzi style side folder. I will also be offering an AR15 buttstock adapter and I am working on an improved barrel net which will nut come loose that will take an AR15 forend.

New parts will include extractors, pins, and springs. I will also be making stock endcaps, assembly pins and bolt handles. I will be making barrels in a number of different lengths, with optional threading and an HK 3 lug barrel.

I hope to start listing parts this week on UziParts.com.

I just listed 6" & 8" 760 barrels on our parts website. There is an option for threading as well. The barrels will show on back order I will have them ready to ship in 2-3 weeks. You can order barrels now on the website to make sure you are in the first run. We will not bill your credit card until we are ready to ship.

What is the length of the factory barrel on a 76? I'd like a barrel threaded just past the factory shroud so the suppressor will almost butt up to the shroud. You the man Richard!

The factory barrel is 8". I can make an extended barrel that is threaded. I will add that to the website tonight.

Extended and threaded 76/760 barrels have been added to our uziparts.com website. They allow you to use your threaded suppressor with the factory barrel shroud.

Wondering what the current status is on parts, especially 1/2x28 threaded barrels and high wear parts? Thanks

I just finished some prototype MK760 extractors. Hand cycling they are perfect. I will test fire them early next week. If they work which I have no doubt of I will start production. I will get them up on www.uziparts.com this weekend to start taking orders. The number of orders will also help me determine production quantities.

These extractors are machined from A2 tool steel. They are not coined out of who knows what material like all the others. By macining them you end up with a much better extractor.
