What am I missing

Hi I just traded into a Uzi model B with .22 converter but I think the conversion kit is missing some parts and I also got parts that I don’t think belong in the kit. Can you experts tell me what’s missing and where I can buy them.

I think the speed loader for the mags goes in the square hole in the box.

Mine is packed away someplace.

Thanks I’m missing the two springs (the two springs that came with my kit are for a 1911) spring guides the charging handle and flat metal thingy maybe ejector.

So I’ve been searching for any info on my 22 converter and stumble on a picture of one that sold on GB which was different then mine in a soft case different barrel but had the same recoil spring guide that I have.
I wonder if previous owner had two different kits and mixed the parts up, I don’t know.

Somehow I think there is a difference in the Semi auto and Full Auto conversions as well as who built them.

Our Master and team leader at this site would know whats really the truth.
I think He wrote the book.......

I'm guessing this will get sorted out when He gets time......I'm still learning

I can. It's a semi-auto kit made by IMI in Israel. The long recoil spring on the right side doesn't go with the kit. The bolt is missing some pieces. I don't know of anyone that sells spare parts for that kit.

Thank you for the info, so I traded a Polytech ak47 stamped preban spiker for model b bunch of mags and 22 kit with a bunch of metal mags. No big deal being I have another uzi model b with 41ae and 45acp conversion kits that I’ve never fired.

It looks like your missing 6 main things I can see from your picture you may need to take some close up of the bolt
Missing:
Extractor
Cocking handle
Bolt rod and spring + c clips
Striker and spring rods

I believe I have the striker and extractor I’m missing two recoil springs and guides and charging handle.

You’re welcome, they’re the only place I’ve seen in quite some time that offer any of the IMI 22 kit parts. Excellent kit, I have two with a total of 24 magazines. With the help of Troy at the barrel Xchange and a couple of custom parts, the kits work in all three models Micro/Pistol, Mini/Mini Carbine, and SMG/Uzi Carbine. Just a heads up on function, use CCI MiniMag, most bulk ammo makes the kit a jamamatic. CCI runs flawlessly.

I receive an email from them stating they don’t have the parts I need. I need to try to buy an owners manual for the converter so I can see what parts I’m missing and what they look like. Every photo I’ve found of a kit like mine show all the parts in the kit not allowing me to see them.
I think the all metal IMI magazines are somewhat costly and I may place them on ebay and try to recuperate the money I lost and sell the kit as is advising of the missing parts.
this has been such a pain I just want to forget it.
