I want a flush fitting mag for my Mac-11/Max-11 so it can fit in a little discreet case with a smaller mag. The only catch is it has to be a zytel mag because I am using the Lage collapsible stock that wont collapse with steel mags. I looked everywhere and came up with nothing. Did they make them, what was the round count? Thanks for the help, m4whore

Correct... you have to cut them down yourself. For polymer, I would recommend cutting the mag short and rejoining in the center of the shortened mag. A good adhesive with thin wrap over the joint should be ok. You're counting on the wrap to hold the tensile strength of the mag-spring. Flexible urethane or silane based adhesives are generally pretty stout in shear. The mags will hold about 10-12 rounds depending on a few things. I trimmed my mag follower & spring shorter too.

My steel sten mag was cut at the bottom and I rebent the taps to hold the original floorplate.
You can notch the collapsible stock arms so you have multile lengths/positions.
In the shortest position, the overall length gun is smaller. See the comparison below.
Below is a picture of a chopped down sten mag (for mac-11/9) and the adjustable stock.

YOU can cut the factory mag down they already have a line in the middle just cut below the line a little and slide the floor plate back on the line in the middle is the grove for the floor plate so make sure you cut below it.and you have to cut the spring a little shorter. i did one it runs great.

I have an OEM 15 round Zytel mag. The spring in the mag has 14 complete coils. These mags do not flush fit as the OP requested.

Now I will have to verify the number of rounds mine holds. I thought it was 15, but U S Machinegun has 12 round mags. Mine does not fit flush, but it looks like the one on U S Machinegun web-site.

I got them at a gun show for like $9 a few years ago... I belive the guy marketed them as "Italian Surplus" uzi magazine holders.

They are a great value. Great velcro and holds 4 32rnd sten mags perfectly. Made from tough vinyl backed canvas (waterproof) with beefy velcro. The backside has Drings for a shoulder strap or canvas pull through to put on your belt. The only markings are very faded: "LSO SALBRIS". Salbris is french... and the mag pouch doesn't smell Italian... so I'm not sure where it comes from.
