Will a Shockwave Zmag spring work in USA 50rnd mag?

I know this is bad BUT! I got this 50rnd USA industries mag years ago like 20 anyway I found it in the back of one of my safes this weekend. Anyway I do remember people complained these dont work and most likely this one too but if I swapped out the USA spring and follower would it work? Say I put a factory UZI mag follower and replace the spring with a 50rnd Zmag spring would it work has anyone tried this? I guess I will find out if it doesnt work I can always sell the Zmag.

So I did it used a shockwave 50rnd mag spring with uzi follower with slight fitting I was expecting FTF every round but I was able to put a full 48 rnds thru for first test run worked 100% so I guess next time try the full 50rnds.
