I'm new to the world of Uzis, having inherited my father's type "A". Does anyone have a source or link to written disassembly instructions? Videos don't do it for me, and I like paper for long term storage. Thank you.

The owner's manuals don't cover much more than operation and cleaning but the military manuals, or "armor's manuals"
cover teardown, repairs, re-assembly, and parts inspection (what's servicable and what should be replaced). Just ignore any FA-specific areas.
They also have good "exploded views" so you can see how the parts fit together and interact.
