Single port ASR mount, saker 762

Went to farm. Put cán on 3/4 twist. Aim. Fire. Loudest thing I ever heard as I watched the Saker fly 50’ forward.

Dunno what I was thinking but I didn’t screw it on all the way. I acted like it was a three lug and it blew off the end

I checked it, and I think I’m extremely fortunate it was a 7.62 can that it didn’t have baffle strikes potentially. Has some abrasions on the outside but the baffles are all round that I could tell. End cap was clean. (7.62)

Put can back on twisted all the way and locked it, continued first mag.

It works (the upper!). And the can gets hot!!

It’s awesome!

I only shot the one mag, had work to do. Water line to the house was cut the next day and spent all day repairing it. Didn’t get it out again.

Got my Email Yesterday, I was number 67.

Lot of guys must be “passing” on the purchase.

I figured my number wouldn’t be coming up till July August timeframe.

I’m happy to be getting mine sooner than I thought as opposed to later.

I’m number 447 on the MAC 10 version, I hope to see that one before New Years.

I shot mine yesterday 556. Flawless as expected and fun even though I have a m16. I've got both uppers now, don't know which one I like more. The Mac 10 rig is heavier of course and just begs "blast the hell out of me, I can take it". The smaller, lighter A1 upper is a neat little package, so I rate them as equal fun. I hesitated to buy both at first but glad I did. When cooler weather comes back I'm gonna blast heck out of both of them. I did one thing right for once and bought about 20K rounds of 223 and 556 at Trump prices. Let's go Brandon.

Anyone get an email that your upper is ready lately? I was #46 and was told about a month I ago I should have it in a month. I see higher numbers than me have already got their upper. What gives? I guess I will give them a call today.

Have u checked your junk email folder? Usually there emails come through for me, one time it ended up in another folder. Doesn’t hurt to email them and ask if you think you were skipped for whatever reason.
