.40 S&W Conversions for the Full Auto Mini UZI

BarrelXchange produces .40 S&W conversion kits for the full auto Mini UZI. The kit includes both a barrel and an open bolt. The bolt is a new 9mm bolt that has been modified to accept the larger .40 S&W case rim and is marked “40” for easy identification. Barrels can be purchased separately and used with a .45 ACP bolt (with a 9mm extractor in it.) Customers can also exchange a standard 9mm bolt to reduce the price of the kit.

The .40 S&W round fits into standard 9mm magazines or can be used with .41 AE/.45 ACP magazines with the feed lips “pinched” in. This conversion can also use .45 ACP greasegun magazines with the feed lips adjusted.

9mm UZI magazines

20 round magazine holds 14 .40 S&W

25 round magazine holds 17 .40 S&W

32 round magazine holds 23 .40 S&W

.45 ACP UZI magazines

10rd round magazine holds 12 .40 S&W

16rd round magazine holds 20 .40 S&W (this is the same magazine as 20 round .41 AE)

.45 ACP greasegun magazines

30round magazines holds up to 38 .40 S&W (can be pushed to 40 rounds if you shorten the follower)
