9mm Conversions for the Semi Automatic UZI Carbine
Most of the semi automatic UZIs sold were 9mm. However, for owners of the Model 45 or Model 41 UZI, a 9mm conversion kit was available. Because the rim of the .41AE case is the same as a 9mm, the .41AE to 9mm conversion consisted of just a barrel, magazine and magazine loader. The original .41AE bolt and carrier could be reused. The .45ACP to 9mm conversion contained a 9mm bolt in addition to the barrel, magazine and magazine loader.
