I feel like starting a campaign to get a manufacturer to produce the Ruger AC-556 a la A-team Fame. As long as the Airsoft was version was more accurate than the one they had real problems hitting anything!!!
The show used semi auto guns, less paperwork and hassle especially on out of state locations. They just pulled the triggers as fast as they could. BTW, you have to have a damn accurate gun to fire 2,457 rds per episode and not hit anyone by accident!
Samson is making a repro folder. Pricey but cheap compared to an original.
