My Form 4 trust was 140 days for both the GI SMG and AWC suppressor. Checks cashed on September 5, 2019, and stamps signed on January 22, 2020. But i spoke to the examiner at least four times on the phone, answering her questions regarding the estate sale, in state transfer.

My Group Industries, pre Vector, in state transfer from an estate sale, was only 149 days on a Form 4. $9000, included a factory IMI .45 conversion kit with 4 mags, a .22 conversion kit, and 6000 rounds of Sellier Bellot ammunition. Included an AWC MK9 suppressor too. I got lucky.
