Matthew Moss's book "The Sterling Submachine Gun", Osprey Publishing 2018, does cover the LMG and the rifle on pages 33-35. He attributes the design to both Sandy Cormack and Frank Waters. The video does as well, but has an over written correction at 1:20 that states the Frank Waters was the designer of both guns.
