Which Vortex Viper scope?

OK, the Chinese Leatherwood idea is out. Gonna settle with a Vortex Viper series. Which one in the below 1 grand range should I get for up to 1000 yard shooting? Mounting it on a 300 Win Mag. I would like the 50mm size but not sure on whether the HS or ? series is the one for me?

I have a 6.5-20 Viper on my Remington 700. For the $, you can't beat it.

You may also want to look at sightron. I have looked thru a lot of their scopes. Side by side against their high dollar competition. Leopoldo zeiss Swarovski The only one that did do better was Schmidt bender

All of those are too expensive for this poor white boy.
