I don’t. I started making these in 2008 when my MAC arrived without a strap and I paid $80 for an original.

For those asking about M11 straps, the original hangers were M1 Garand sling clips. All they did at MAC was put them in a mill and take them down to fit the smaller opening in the M11 .380 hanger. I've done many over the years. Could also be done with care on a grinding wheel. Easy.
