I took my reising out yesterday and encountered an odd problem. The gun would not chamber. It functioned flawlessly last outing but this time when I tried to chamber it, the bolt would not go all the way forward. this happened with all magazines. I even held the bolt open and tried to manually drop the round into the chamber to see if it would fit and it just would not go.

I have not had a chance to break it down but the only thing I can think of is a burr or grit in the chamber.

Doe anyone have another idea?

There is a good chance you have experienced a case separation. It happened to me this past June. I bumped my thread titled "pieces" & parts in the Reising forum for you to see.

Let us know what you find.........
