Just picked up a boatload of parts, and looks like there was a recoil spring with the buffer contoured to it around the blocking bar.....Semi? aftermarket?

Seems a bit "stouter" than the average F/A spring......has anyone ever tried one of these in their SMG?

Back in the 1980's when full auto conversions were legal, people sold parts like that to go with slotted bolt conversions. I know Group Industries sold recoil springs like that. Other companies did too.

Gracias......about 2 minutes after I posted I remembered semi springs didn't have attached buffers.....

I'll throw it in this weekend and see what it does to my ROF......
