It's called a Barracuda stock made by Polyrit per page 239 The UZI Submachine Gun Examined by David Gaboury (RoverDave).

While it looks kind of old school sci-fi movie style, it would be fun to take it for a spin. It would have to be really awesome in use to make me want keep it installed though. Certainly an interesting conversation piece.
