Ive got 10 in the ATF system...7 are approved and (3) got kicked back for errors

9 trust, 1 indv.

the inspector is one ive talked to before to resolve an issue a year ago, so she knows me. Maybe that helped?

the shortest one will be 11/1/19 longest 4/15/19

Umm they have always been real.

I always send in a few at a time and a friend of mine did 4 last fall at once.

Correct no errors and they will all come back at the same time also.

I’ve never seen a bulk with trusts. Not mixed trust/ indv either

Every bulk I’ve seen is indv only

I had 4 submitted in a 30 day period. Maybe that’s how they caught it.

Mine were always trust pre 41F

Did a Octane 45 with the kiosk and real stamp last Jan ( took 2 months for the can to come in) as individual.

Be my 1st SiCo kiosk and 1st individual now that the Po Po can't refuse to sign.

I'll tell ya what though they all know I have a can coming in LOL
A customer, Deputy sheriff Pete asked last weekend how many cans I had out of the blue and I have never mentioned to him having a single NFA item.

So much for "not in my backyard" mantra they always had.

Anywho ya mine were always on a trust and all but this one were sent out in groups.

1st single stamp and 1st individual. Now to send out another to make the numbers even again.

the 3 error form 4's went out today. direct to the same inspector. I expect my last 3 in 2 weeks!.

I've had bulk approvals in the past when I filed LLC/Corp and last year as an individual.

Got a group approval also. Check cashed dates range from 6/14/19 to 12/17/19. They were approved 2/14/20 (Happy Valentines Day to me) but did not show up at my LGS until 3/10/20. For those that are bad at math, that is between 84 and 270 days from check cashed to arrived at LGS (245 to 59 days from check cashed to approval). The odd part is I still have a Form 4 pending from last May. Not sure why it was not in the group approval.

I called and talked w the inspector. Made sure she didn’t miss any . My 3 that got disapproved because of major mistakes my dealer made are mia. It’s not just a simple correction. They had to be resubmitted. But we’re supposed to be fast tracked and go direct to the inspector. No prints or $200 needed as she has them. I thought I’d have my stamps in 2-3 weeks.
