Is the Extractor Broken??

Hello All:
I sold a 760 that i know ran flawlessly before I sold it and I did get it from Midwest Tactical who tests everything they sell.
My buyer said that it wouldnt eject the cases on Full Auto
Sound like a extractor issue
Look at the pics. Is it broken?

That extractor does appear to be broken. BWE sells them once Richard gets back on his feet it would be good to order a few extras.

Glad to hear Richard!
Haris1, gorillastomp is right. Snag a handful of those as this is the weak spot on this gun. Sort of like the spring on an MP5 bolt, but not quite as frequent a problem. If I planned to keep the gun, long term, I'd get at least 5.

I thought I was out of the bolt handles but as I was cleaning up I found one in the wrong bin.
