It's a fairly simple gun to make. No doubt you could find a gunsmith to make you one for far less.

With the modern, highly successful hip and knee replacement surgery, I haven't seen any kind of cane in a long time. But I don't live in Florida.

Kind of a bummer it has such a short barrel. I feel like a cane gun is the perfect time to have a longer barrel.

its just a pen gun with a handle and long shaft. SWD made suppressed versions of the cane gun.
