The pouch is from FN. it can be seen on page 119 in Gaboury’s excellent book.The South Vietnamese Police Officer has an interesting mag pouch. It looks neither German nor IDF. Maybe Belgium? The sling appears to be German or IDF. I would expect to see the M16 nylon sling or M1 Carbine.

Actually, they appear to be the Greek Alice pouches that sometimes show up on eBay and Gunbroker. Except new. Made for the Thompson / Grease Gun, but could be used for anything.......Anyone ever come across this pouch? Sterile. CIDG, CISO? MACV SOG?
It's not in the book because the engineers at IMI were unable to tell me which parts they were.What are the seven parts IMI provided FN? I read this chapter over and over. Perhaps the answer is hiding in plain sight? Help me.
