Who made this M11 upper..?

Couple of these have come up for sale.
Any clue who made them?
Right side charge ,9mm, not sure what holds the charge handle in but I wouldn't wanna get whacked by it.

It's probably (hopefully) a non-reciprocating charging handle, since the bolt goes behind it.

I do not know who made it. Charging handle definitely looks reciprocating and appears to be located in the front portion of the bolt and has a recess in it to ride in the cut out of the receiver

He Has another one.......No bolt and no charge handle.
Barrels are pinned like normal stock uppers.
I assume the Handle rides with the bolt.

I don't know if this is MPA or some one off kinda LH upper.

Not sure what to call it......there are a couple threaded holes in the top for a rail it appears.
No pics with the Bolt out.........I just grabbed the best pic of the bunch.

upon closer inspection there appears to be a cut out in the rear portion of the ejection port to remove the charging handle

It looks like a VMAC9 upper. They don't fit well on SWD M11/9 lowers.
