When 50 rounds just isn’t quite enough

After my last batch of 50 rounders I had a few left over so I put a few of these together just to see if they would work. 110 rounds, 32” long and weigh 5 lbs loaded. I have no plans to make any more in the near future because they require a lot of time to put together. Maybe someday….. https://youtube.com/shorts/AMxb8c8KXZM?feature=share

Cool. That is the only MAC-10 where the first case hits the ground before the magazine is empty.

BTW, your ROF sounds slow. Do you have something in it to slow it down?

Nice mag work.

It appears to be a Lage upper of the old persuasion. That may be it.

If you run out of ammo, you can use the magazine as a club to take out the remaining zombies!!!

Yes it’s an early Lage slow fire upper

Looking at it again it's clearly a Lage upper. I guess my mind was fixed on the size of the magazine and my bewilderment that you got a spring to feed 110 rounds. I can't image what an event it was to load the thing. Again, very cool.

That's awesome. Makes me wonder, if hypothetically these MAC10s or M11/9s were belt fed, is there a number of rounds at which point they'd fail from too much heat? I remember watching an attempted 22LR meltdown video and they found that no matter how many rounds they put through it, it never got hot enough to cause a failure. They might only see firing pin or extractor issues at some point.

I think I’ve asked before, but what do you do with the scraps when you make these things? I could find a use for the tops off of grease gun mags.
