Who is the best NFA M16/SP1 smith

I am looking for a smith to convert my SP1 to take regular m4 uppers and make sure it is in spec. Who is the best SP1 smith?

M60Joe recommended Gary’s Bunker when he closed up shop. I am. I’m not sure but I think US Anodizing might also be able to do that work.

Contact Victor at US anodizing. Hell of a guy on the phone and full of knowledge when it comes to out of spec lowers.

Victor at US Anodizing reworked a Frankford Arsenal/ Olympic Arms out of spec lower for me. It has been flawless since.

Thanks, guys! I contacted Victor and never got anything back. I contacted Gary and he got back to me that day. I'm going to go with him.
